The need to be able to change the images in the UI is what I want, not really a full UI editor.
As for your chat box, you can resize it by using the ridged bottom right corner of the chat box, just click and hold the button down on it (left click), and drag it till your hearts content.
I use to enjoy Spartan UI aswell back in the day. But after a while, I got use to Minimalistic designs and preferred them ever since. The next version of Spartan UI will be minimal in design, I can tell you that much - it's my own design concept (I provided it and was told it would be included).
