Allow resource alerts ... to go by percent. - They can just add the %. So for below 62 Health you would enter 62, for below 30% you would enter 30%. Buff length box - Yeah, I need to update/create a FAQ, lots of things have gotten added. Basically you are correct the Length on the buff is for the duration of the buff you want to track it was put in for buffs like Stalker Phase where you have two buffs, a long one and a short one and you want to track one or the other. Range option syntax - For a range you would enter number-number. So if you wanted a range between 20 and 25 you would enter 20-25. If you wanted 50% to 75% you would enter 50-75%. Note: You can also use exact values in the range, so if you just want to be alerted if you have 3 combo points you can put a single 3 in the box.

I'm somewhat confused by the new Length bar you've added under Buff. Whenever I enter a value into it it seems to just break the alert and not do anything.
Also for Resource, the Range option only has one value box, not sure if we're supposed to use a specefic syntax for that but it might be easier to put in a second box. Edit: Worked out what the extra length bar is for, tracking buffs of a specific duration

I found a bug.
If I make an alert to show an image on my screen whenever I go below X HP - then if I die while that alert is still active, after I resurrect with full HP (and thus the alert shouldn't be showing anymore), the alert image is still up on my screen. On a similar note, I have a suggestion: Allow resource alerts, like HP or MP and what-not, to go by percent. Thanks for this addon; it's fantastic! EDIT: This problem appears to be only temporary. When I noticed this happening, I alt-tab'd out of RIFT and browsed some sites for 10 minutes or so. When I alt-tab'd back in to RIFT, the alert was not showing anymore.

Thanks for reporting the bugs so quickly! Check out 1.11, I think I've taken care of the problems with apostrophes and Spike Charges.
I'm sadly not convinced I've fixed the Flaring Power issue though. It's a different type of buff that has duration, charges and a debuff. Any of which could be affecting the alert. So what I'm going to say is try 1.11. If you get nothing off the bat try setting the buff length to 20 which should be the duration of the buff part. If none of that works let me know. |

Having an issue with the abilities Spotter's Orders and Sergeant's Orders, I'm assuming it's because of the apostrophe in their name.
I can't set Spotter's Order as a buff, I'm trying to do the following: Buff -> Missing -> Target -> Warning -> 5 But when I click save I get "Alert failed to add - Item not found". I selected the name from the dropdown, so I know it's not a spelling issue. I also added Sergeant's Order to the following: Ability -> Cooldown -> Timer But whenever I double click the alert to edit it, I get a spam or errors in my chat log. Edit: Same problem with Life's Grace

Great update 1.10, however I'm still having some trouble with Spike Charge. I create an alert for the 15 second Spike Charge (9 seconds + 6 for the Improved Spike Charge talent) to show when the target is taking damage from the Spike Charge bleed.
I load up 5 charges of Spike onto the target dummy and Detonate. If I don't press any keys after that, the alert stays up for the full 15 seconds. Great that is what I want. However if I start spamming another set of Spike Charges the alert icon for the currently ticking Spike Charge flickers on and off or disappears altogether until I hit a new Detonate. Hope you can reproduce this. Bard. |

Track stuff on Pets?
Loving the addon. Got a feature request: would it be possible to track health/buffs etc. on pets in addition to player/target/focus? I'm sure I could make pet focus and do it that way, but I often use my focus for other things.

Spike Charge - I'm not sure why you wouldn't see the alert with the bleed from Spike Charge. I just did some testing with a target dummy and that seems to track properly. As far as distinguishing between the Spike Charge and the Spike Charge bleed, that will be available in the next release. I'm putting in a optional buff length field that will let you specify the length of the buff you want to track. So in the case of Spike Charge you would use a length of 9 and it will only trigger for the buff with the duration of 9 sec. which is the duration of the bleed effect.
Stalker Phase - Following the same type of thing as Spike Charge you will be able to set the length of the Stalker Phase you want to track and thus only track the shorter buff after shifting as opposed to the permanent Stalker Phase buff. |
