This Addon includes fully tested support for all Rift instanced raid content, including partial support for: Endless Eclipse and full support for: Frozen Tempest, Triumph of the Dragon Queen, Infernal Dawn, Hammerknell, River of Souls, Greenscale's Blight, Rise of the Phoenix, Drowned Halls and Guilded Prophecy plus new support for Expert and Master Dungeons. Various new and existing features are being included on a regular basis including; Mechanic Timers, Custom Mechanic Monitors (e.g. King Molinator), Encounter Timers, Tank Swap monitors, Adjustable boss casting bars, Boss cast bar ability filtering, Enrage Timers and many more.

Currently, this evolving Boss Mod Addon is housing the latest version of the original King Molinator Addon. This mod will still be worked on along with the addition of any other encounters I add in the near future.

* Note: All Encounters have full English, Russian and German support unless explicitly stated. Partial support for the French client.

Tank-Swap Monitor (T-SM)
  • Automatically tracks all tanks simultaneously and displays debuff stack and cool-down information.
  • Full tracking of tank stack and debuff duration by any raid member.
  • New! Displays each tanks HP bar, updates real-time.
  • New! Tracks and displays all tanks death states.
Advanced Encounter Tracking
Each supported boss encounter includes the following:
  • Encounter timer display in MM:SS format.
  • Enrage timer display in MM:SS format. (where applicable)
  • Phase tracking display. (where applicable)
  • Objective tracking display. (where applicable)
  • Main boss always visible castbar tracking. (skill filters where supported)
  • Selection of optional mechanic or skill timers and screen alerts.
  • Customize the size of all Timers, Alerts, Castbars and Phase Tracking.
  • Customize individual colors of Timers, Alerts and Cast filters.
  • English, German, Russian and French client support.

Commands

/kbmoff Turns off the Addon's triggering methods.
/kbmon Turns on the Addon's triggering methods.
/kbmoptions Toggle the GUI Options screen on/off.
/kbmhelp Display these commands in-game.
/kbmversion Displays the current version in chat.
/kbmreset Try this before using /reloadui, or if the encounter has ended in success didn't announce a victory.

/ReloadUI Use this in-case of any errors during the encounter. It'll reset it and the monitor "should" continue from where it left off.

* Fixed: All custom color settings will now work as intended. It'll remember default colors, and last color chosen when switching to/from custom.

New Castbar System (During Alpha)

KBM French Version

Latest alpha version v0.9.9.r318 contains full French translations as updated by Céres@Brisesol (thank you!) for every encounter currently live in Rift and mechanics supported by the English and German versions of KBM.

For any French players who couldn't use KBM in their native language due to a large portion of unsupported encounters and/or mechanics, please try out the latest alpha version.

The version you listed is possibly out. I checked myself and it was horribly out. I've recoded the encounter to handle inconsistencies better and changed the timers accordingly.

You can check out the latest alpha version (v0.9.9.r315 alpha) which includes the latest adjustments.

Could you also confirm if the timer is early or late. I know I had to reduce the timer by 10 seconds in 0.9.8 as there seems to some issues with him delaying his first Nova sometimes.

I'll continue to review video and combat data and see if I can't find a solid P3 start trigger that keeps the first Nova at a static time. But, it could just be they increased/reduced the timer of the first Nova, if this is the case it'll be a simple adjustment.

New Translation System

v0.9.9r306 alpha is now live. New robust translation engine with report functionality. Check out the How To http://rift.curseforge.com/addons/ki...slations-color

Simply put. The new translation system ensures that translators no longer need to hunt down new translations in each file. The new command /kbmlocale will output all missing translations for the current language to log.txt in the RIFT Game folder. (it will also output to your chat, this is a Trion limitation)

All reported translations also provide information for which directory and file the dictionary definition group is located, along with the correct syntax for the code needed to apply the current languages' entry.

Yeah, once I get the data for it I'll add them to the next version. If anyone has the exact display for them (Screenshot or Video) and can hook me up I'll add them before next lock-out.

You can also use /kbmdebug if you want to see what type of event is being captured. (ie Chat or Notify event).

Fear not, the cast bar section of KBM will soon feature smart Target, Focus and Own castbars which will behave just like boss castbars. Persistent boss castbars will gain the ability to pass their settings to your target/focus castbar and override them.

Thank you so much for this addon! It is a literal game changer.
One option I'd like is for the cast bar to be enabled all the time, not just for boss encounters. I know nothing about the API, so I don't know how much of a PITA this would be. Unless it's already an option, and I'm derping hardcore.

The latest zip file resolves the archive layout issues with the original repository cycle.

I'll see if there's an issue with the archive.

Ok, the Archive is a little off. There's a couple of quick fixes you can do if you don't want to re-download.

1st: Within the King-Molinator folder. Move LibUnitChange folder in to SafesRaidManager folder. This is the archive issue I'll be fixing today.

2nd: You can also download Safe's Raid Manager and install that directly in to either the King-Molinator folder or directly in the addons folder.

I do apologize about the change in directory structure. It's a result of a change in SRM and the curse layout.

A new 0.9.8 archive will be available soon for those who don't wish to mess with moving files around.

How come I can't get this addon to show in my list of addons in-game? It is in the correct folder....but when I hit refresh and restart the game, the addon is not in the in-game addon UI.

EDIT: hmmm it seems to be a problem with the newest version. I downloaded an older version and it works fine now.

Missing Media files

I've just repackaged the 0.9.7 zip since it was missing the media files for the encounter tabs. This only effected the early upload sync but is only superficial and does not effect the operation of KBM.

If you're missing the files, please grab the new version once it is cleared. The missing files will be included.
