Since many things are now so much faster, I've actually removed some of the Watchdog safeguards since they didn't make sense anymore. Perhaps there is something I overlooked though. |

The second error is related to combo-point alerts. I think I have both of them fixed, but I want to do some additional testing before releasing a beta 3. Thanks for the reports! |

Does this version co-exist with the current stable Karuul Alert? I wouldn't want to overwrite any saved variables if I install this version for testing.

Rogue cooldowns have never worked correctly with Karuual Alert due to how they are processed. The addon assumes that if you have insufficient energy to activate an ability then it is still on CD.
I reported this to Karuul over a year ago and he said nothing could be done. This is the only reason I run nkRebuff as well as KA so that I get proper notification of when an ability actually does come off of CD. In a raid environment you may not notice it because you will almost certainly have Fervor up but if you remove Fervor and test on a dummy it is fairly easily reproducible. |

Are you using an alert with the "Ready" status and a warning, or a "Cooldown" alert with a timer? They behave slightly differently. I've changed the behavior of the cooldown type alerts to still show the timer, even if the ability is also currently unusable. Before the icon would be visible, but the timer would disappear. In case you prefer a notification that shows when the ability can be used, that would significantly change the meaning of the current alerts. I would need to add a third type of ability alert or something. I'll take it into consideration for 1.31 (as it's a new feature). |

Question about sets
Are you currently using only 6 sets of saved variables because we only have 6 role slots?
I haven't tried using any of the sub-sets; but I would assume they are somehow attached to the original sets...? Is it possible to consider adding additional save sets beyond 6? I ask because I like to try out a lot of new specs, and hate deleting alert sets, then deciding I hate the new spec, go back and re-make old alert set.... Thoughts? |
