player dead
Hello,
i don't know if it require lot of code, but, is it possible then if a player is dead, we can allocate a default action, resurrection when out of fight, and combat rez, or, "target" at least for using a macro...? at long term view i think (just for the fun) having 4 or 5 different alert with a random when resurrect is used.

Probably not going to be updated for a while
FYI,
I'm not likely to update this addon in the short term. I'm back raiding in WoW. Sorry, but I just don't have the time to keep on-top of the API changes etc that are coming in, and I'm also not that interested in Rift, while it was fun, I found having hit l50 that it was hard to gear to the point that I felt useful in instances, that and all the server jumping around as the shards were merged etc just left me a bit meh. I did meet some great people in the addon community, so there are certainly people that will be creating great addons in the future. Note the code license I chose was fairly un-restrictive, and allows anyone to take it further if they wish. I might make a final release of the code that's in the repository (it's all in git both on riftui and curse) As I did make a few more tweaks to try and make a few things load more asynchronously. At the moment though I've no interest in playing rift, so I'm not likely to keep the addon up-to-date. Regards, Mere |

I would dearly love somebody to continue this addon. It uses less cpu than CBH which causes fps & spike issues. If I could code myself, I would do but I cant.

As I previously noted, I've now released a new version (waiting approval on riftui and the packager seems to be broke on curseforge)
There shouldn't be any functional changes as my smoke testing seems to work, spells cast, buffs appeared (the fact I logged on and found talent respecs etc added to the fun) A few items are now loaded async to try and reduce the hassle the watchdog tends to generate, this might make a few cases where text of icons "pop" in rather than insantly visible. I also updated SafesRaidManager and libstring to the latest version (hopefully they'll not regress anything) If anything does break let me know I'll take a look at fixing it. |

I've noticed that rift seems to have added the current value of absorbs on a target to the available events.
I might look at adding the absorb amount somewhere, but wondered if people have a preference for where/how it's added? IE would some kind of graphic over the health bar be useful? eg some kind of transparent overlay colour? Some kind of squishing of the max health as the shield grows and shrinks? eg: Code:

Personally, I'd be more attracted to option two.
But my preference would be to an option or toolbar absorption is superimposed on health bars example and represent 10% of the height above. Code:

I just noticed that the "Target" does not work in the box spell,
in my case, "ripple" has changed, I was testing an option mhf left spell-b-m ctrl-s "Target, Vaguelette" would it be possible to add a checkbox selects spell when "Target" or, to integrate "Target" in the list of abilities? without wanting too much to ask;-) eventually, would it be possible to provide an Export button configuration?

I've added basic shield absorb display (and also changed mana bar colour to be more dark blue than light blue)
Shields/absorbs will fill up the border around the player panels. Note that the shields may hide the fact a player has aggro or out of range etc. I need to investigate that further. To disable the shields, open up /mhf config, goto panel settings for a layout and untick: Absorbs are shown as a border around the panels: I will look at other ways to display the shield, but wanted to check that the basics actually work, and it does match how the game displays the absorbs. Some of the other ideas are trickier due to how the health/mana bars are created as one control, so trying to layer something inbetween the bar and the text would need work. Anyway that's what's new in v0.4.11 |

Would it be possible in case the shield comes hide aggro, have only indication at the bottom (below the mana / energy)?
cyan with a nice thick adjustable (2 or 4 px for example) should be fairly visible ... |

Problem with version 0.4.11, the buff / debuff tracker resets to the default values (sample), the game's release, and even with a reloadui.
I go back to 0.4.10. |
